VINCI Energies has strengthened in the UK its software automation offering in the industrial process sector with the acquisition of Teesside-based QSI Group Ltd.
QSI Group is a multi-skilled software engineering company, specialising in providing Control and Automation Solutions. Expert in the process industries providing Continuous Process and Batch Control Systems (ISA S88 & GAMP) typically in large chemical, fine chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
The acquisition, finalised on Monday 31st July, enhances the service offering of VINCI Energies’ industrial engineering brand Actemium and will enable it to expand in the continuous process industry sector.
