The acquisition, finalised on 30th November 2016, enhances the services offered by VINCI Energies UK & RoI through its HV electrical engineering brand Omexom. Omexom provides generation, transmission, transformation and distribution services across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Established in 1978, Powell Engineering UK Ltd provides the electrical generation, transmission & distribution industry with specialist design, installation and commissioning from 11kV to 400kV.
