Give us an example of a time where you have been supported to achieve your best in your career with us.

One example of a time when I was supported to achieve my best in my career with Axians was when I joined the graduate programme. When I joined the graduate programme, I had no tech experience at all – coming from a biomedical background, everything was completely new to me. But Axians provided incredible training and even gave me the opportunity to do an apprenticeship, allowing me to explore different areas of tech and find what I’m truly passionate about. The team has been so supportive, giving me hands-on experience, guiding me through real-world challenges, and helping me build my skills with confidence. It’s been an exciting journey, and I’ve learned so much along the way.

No day is ever the same and there’s always something new to learn. Being in the office together makes it easy to collaborate and support each other. They constantly encourage me to take on tasks outside my comfort zone, helping me grow and build my confidence. Plus, the banter is great! There’s a friendly, welcoming culture where I’ve always felt included, even as a grad. They’ve never made me feel out of place and that support has made a huge difference in my journey.

I’m proud of what I do because it lets me be part of something bigger than myself. I enjoy tackling tough problems, working with others and knowing that my work makes a real difference. It feels good to see the impact we have on businesses and sustainability. What makes it even more rewarding is being part of a team that shares my values and cares about the same things. Working with inspiring and supportive people makes the journey more meaningful.
