Electrical, Automation and ICT engineering services provider VINCI Energies UK & ROI has strengthened its industrial automation and process control capabilities with the acquisition of Kigtek Solutions Limited and Kigtek Electrical Limited based in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, Scotland.

The acquisition, finalised on the 2^nd of March, enhances the services offered by VINCI Energies UK & ROI through its industry solutions provider brand: Actemium. Actemium specialises in improving industrial performance by providing design, engineering, installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical and data services for its clients’ premises & sites across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Established in 2009, the combined Kigtek business is a well-established system integrator and electrical installation specialist and are renowned as a premium supplier of control, safety and monitoring systems for the food, beverage and power markets. They employ 36 people from their base in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
