During my time with the company, I have been fortunate to contribute to expanding its expertise in stress analysis. Recognising the need for growth in this area, I worked with the management team to identify key areas to invest in training for both myself and other members of the team. This proactive approach not only enhanced our collective capabilities but also empowered us to tackle increasingly complex projects with confidence. One such area of focus was pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II software, which we now routinely apply across various industries, serving multiple clients.
